Album 09/ 9. Do You Remember

Do you remember that campsite
Lost somewhere deep in France?
You among laughing children,
Me in my own carefree dance—
Unaware you were near me,
Though your green eyes held their glance
Refrain
Entwined on the beach,
Your hair in the breeze,
Slipping through my fingers
With a flower between your teeth.
Salt on your bare skin
Glistened in the fading light,
Our breath as one,
Held me in that night.
Pont
A shiver in the dark,
The thrill caught your heart,
And dawn brushed your skin
As it silenced our sins.
Do you remember that campsite
Where for the very first time,
You curled up close to mine?
Do you remember that place,
Those moments, your nickname,
That summer… and my name?
Refrain
Entwined on the beach,
Your hair in the breeze,
Slipping through my fingers
With a flower between your teeth.
Salt on your bare skin
Glistened in the fading light,
Our breath as one,
Held me in that night.
Pont
A shiver in the dark,
The thrill caught your heart,
And dawn brushed your skin
As it silenced our sins
